Would love to eat plain or make seed bars
I put flax seed with my wife’s breakfast,it helps control her adenomiosys.
I’d make chia porridge and puddings, gf seed bread & buns and delicious trail mixes.
I love using these in dried fruit, nut and seed bars. I love keeping a batch in the freezer as a quick snack or an on the go breakfast.
I would use it I. Cereal and for baking
I would use them in smoothies, over cereals, as a snack and in baking to replace psyllium which I am also intolerant to.
I would use it as a topping for lactose free yogurt, gluten free granola,berry and nut bars. The options are endless…
I use seeds on (and in) everything from smoothies, to salads, to sprinkling over jacket potato and cauli-mash. I also mix it with some coconut flakes and dried cranberries for a healthy snack on the go! I even put them in muffins and brownies (because I’m allergic to nuts). Taste awesome. Love them seeds!
Oooooh yummy! I would make bars or eat them as a snack because I always get snacky in between meals and also mix them in my overnight oats for breakfast😱❤️🙌
Love pumpkin and sunflower seeds in salads, over a bowl of creamy oats and in a banana muffin batter YUM!

I would use it in different types of meals such as flaxseed in muesli with plain yoghurt & a drizzle of honey because I am starting my healthy lifestyle.
I would use in my greek yoghurt in the mornings with some sliced fruit.. i would also add it to salads for crunch… will add to roasted veg. … i would toast the seeds with some pink himalayan salt as a healthy snack… i love these seeds nutty flavour and how it regulates me nd doesn’tmake me feel bloated
