Gluten Free Shops in South Africa

When we started this website, it was a directory primarily for eating out, to help Celiacs (Coeliacs) and the gluten intolerant find safe places to stay and eat.

 

Feedback on our Facebook page has shown that shops are the most keenly sought, gluten free resource so we are now working hard to add as many gluten free shops as we can find, starting with those shared by our followers on Facebook.

 

If you have a shop you love to visit (or own), simple share it on our Facebook page for all to see and we’ll add to the website as quickly as we can.

Gluten Free South Africa

Gluten Free South Africa was setup to help local people and visitors in South Africa, find gluten free restaurants, shops, hotels, B&Bs and cafes.

The directory is free to access with some advertising opportunities around the website. You can also talk to local people and visitors about gluten free food in South Africa via our Facebook page and Twitter account.

If you know a venue that we haven’t listed, please send it to us and we’ll add it to the maps.

Gluten Free South Africa is run by the same family as Gluten Free Ireland (GFI). GFI is a limited company, based in the UK.
